Wilfred S. Tiu, CPA, MBA

Mr. Tiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, tax, consulting and financial management. He used to be with Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), the largest auditing and consulting firm in the Philippines, and has worked with some private companies as head of finance, accounting and administration.

He has deep knowledge in initial public offering cycle by handling listed companies during his stay with SGV & Co. He also implemented corporate restructuring with some private companies.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, accredited with Philippine Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission.

He graduated from De La Salle University (DLSU) with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and obtained his Masters in Business Administration from DLSU.
